Biography
Dr. Miranda Geisinger is an assistant professor at the University of Â鶹ÃÛÌÒAV School of Optometry. She received her Doctor of Optometry from the Michigan College of Optometry and completed a residency in primary care with an emphasis in ocular disease at the Indiana University School of Optometry. In addition to instructing students in classroom and laboratory settings, she provides primary eye care services in the Â鶹ÃÛÌÒAV Eye Institute clinic.
Geisinger is an active member and Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry. Her dedication to academia and lifelong learning inspires her passion for teaching and mentoring the next generations of optometrists. She is committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate care so that patients can feel informed and empowered when it comes to their eye health.
Outside of the office, Geisinger enjoys reading, cheering for the Detroit Tigers and taking care of her (too) many houseplants. Originally from the Metro Detroit area, she is excited and honored to serve the community she calls home.
