The Michael & Gail Whitty Student Fitness Center offers FREE fitness classes each semester for all Âé¶¹ÃÛÌÒAV students and employees.

Fall FITNESS SCHEDULE 

  • Titan Training Class: Tuesdays | 9/9-11/19 | 5:30-6:30 P.M. 
  • Yoga Class: Tuesdays & Wednesdays | 9/9-11/19| 6:00-7:00 P.M.
  • Kickboxing Class: Mondays | 9/29-11/17 | 6:00-7:00 P.M. 
  • Student Go Move Challenge: Entire Month | 10/1-10/31
  • Fastest Lap Competition: 10/1-10/12  
  • Pilates Class: Thursdays | 10/9-10/30 | 6:30–7:30 P.M
  • 2 Ball Tournament: 10/22| 6:30–7:30 P.M.  
  • Squad Games: Unathletic Olympics: 10/30 | 6:00–7:00 P.M.
