Biography
Mary Bochinski is an adjunct faculty and clinical coordinator of the Nurse Anesthesia program in the College of Health Professions. She has completed a pediatric anesthesia fellowship and is currently practicing at Children’s Hospital of Michigan but also has several years of experience in adult anesthesia.
Bochinski is active in the Michigan Association of Nurse Anesthetists as PAC chair and member of the Mentorship, Opportunity, and Excellence Committee. She has given talks on anesthesia and public health at MANA conferences and Sunday Assembly Detroit events, where she also volunteers much of her time.
Bochinski loves the opportunity to live and work in culturally diverse communities and closely aligns with the Sisters of Mercy values of anti-racism and promotion of women in all settings.
In her free time Bochinski enjoys crocheting, board games and spending time with her husband and three daughters.
